These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Moment mobile application ("Moment" or the "App") provided by YIHAN TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Moment App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Moment App.
Use of the App
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Moment App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Moment App for your personal or internal business purposes.
Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Moment App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the Moment App ("User Content"). By uploading, posting, or transmitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Moment App.
Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
a. Use the Moment App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
b. Upload, post, or transmit any User Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
c. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Moment App or the servers or networks connected to the Moment App.
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Moment App or circumvent any security measures.
e. Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Moment App or collect information from users.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: The Moment App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by YIHAN TECHNOLOGIES LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks: Moment and the Moment logo are trademarks of YIHAN TECHNOLOGIES LTD. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE MOMENT APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL YIHAN TECHNOLOGIES LTD OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE MOMENT APP.
Governing Law
